Looking South
This is a view of west wooded area. On the west end of the site there are two large wooded ravines running diagonally across from the north to south. Home sites will be situated so that the backs of the lots will open up to these deep wooded ravines. Nature trails will allow all residents access to this areas that will remain a natural preserve. This area will also be used to help manage water runoff.

Looking South
This picture is a view of the site as one would see from Wood River's Belk Park. The park was established in 1953 and is home to a popular golf course.

Looking North
In this view we see the original farm structures from the 1860's. The home, barn and outbuildings have reached a point where rehabilitation is no longer logical. We intend to carefully deconstruct them, recycling the materials that are no longer useful, and incorporate the materials that can be reused into the design and construction of community structures.

Looking North
This is a view from Rock Hill Road looking north on a February day. The majority of the land is presently tilled for agriculture. We believe that we can improve the amount of erosion and runoff with careful water management.
